During my stay, I enjoyed walking around the grounds and appreciated how close it was to downtown. It was easy to explore the area. The bar was nice and the restaurant served great food. I had a room overlooking the lake with two windows, giving me a constant view of the water. I felt well taken care of by the staff, who seemed to genuinely care about guests.

Well, that was a surprise!
The lakeside location was stunning, perfect for enjoying Geneva’s waterfront. the room’s cleanliness left much to be desired, with plumbing and maintenance issues dampening the experience. While the views were breathtaking, I was disappointed by the slow service and unpleasant room odors. Despite a picturesque setting, there’s room for improvement.

However, finding my room had a mysterious musty aroma felt like a game of 'guess the smell. ' And don’t even get me started on the coffee service—bring your own cup!

The King room I stayed in was spacious and had a stunning view of the lake. It was nice having a fridge to store my snacks. I loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evening and enjoying the calm ambiance of the lounge area when I wasn't out exploring. The only downside was that the hallway doors could sometimes be a hassle to open, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊

Nice spot with a view!
We had a lake view room, and it was beautiful! Loved the location and how chill the lobby was with coffee and iced water available. Didn't sleep great tho because the bed was super hard. The cleanliness could've been better too, but the amazing view made it worthwhile. Special diet menu options were a nice touch too!

I was thrilled with the dining options nearby! The F2T Kitchen & Bar served up some killer meals, especially the braised pork osso buco. Plus, the gorgeous walking trail behind the hotel made for some lovely evening strolls along the lake.
Couldn’t believe there was no coffee available beyond a few K-cups, and without complimentary breakfast, it left a coffee lover like me longing for more. The bathroom and hallways needed a revival, and the ice maker just wouldn’t cooperate!

Had a fantastic room with stunning lake views. The King Room had air conditioning, a microwave, and free toiletries. Dining was a treat, especially with delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. There’s a lovely outdoor terrace for relaxing and great walking paths along the lake. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.

I enjoyed the stunning views of Seneca Lake right from my King Room. The water looked so inviting, and I spent a lot of time just soaking it all in from my balcony. The outdoor walking path was lovely as well, perfect for evening strolls. The location is ideal since it’s close to the downtown area, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. However, there were a few issues. The check-in process felt disorganized and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The elevator was out of order during my stay, which was inconvenient, especially since my room was on the upper floor. The bathroom could use some updates. the fixtures felt dated and the shower had low water pressure. A bigger disappointment was the lack of coffee options beyond a few K-cups. I expected better amenities for the price. These drawbacks slightly took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.
